Chicken and Mushroom Rice Cooker Dish

1. Sear chicken thighs in a hot pan until golden on all sides for extra flavor (optional).

2. In your rice cooker pot, combine washed rice, chicken stock, garlic, ginger, soy sauces, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper, chicken powder, and sesame oil.

3. Taste the broth and adjust seasoning—add salt or soy sauce if needed.

4. Add dried shiitake mushrooms, cauliflower, and the chicken.

5. Close the lid and cook using the regular rice setting.

6. Once done, let everything rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.

7. Fluff the rice, plate the chicken and vegetables, and enjoy hot.
